Mya Hatchette recently received the highest rating available to attorneys by the nationally recognized Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. The AV Preeminent rating is a result of extensive and confidential reviews conducted among legal professionals in Central Florida. According to Martindale-Hubbell, the rating signifies the highest standard of legal ability and is a confirmation of an individual’s status as a highly respected, ethical member of the Bar.
Mya has practiced law for over 16 years in the areas of complex business and commercial real estate litigation and healthcare compliance issues and disputes. She co-chairs the firm’s litigation department and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator providing mediation services in a wide variety of areas, bringing particular experience in real estate disputes and title insurance claims. Currently she serves on the Board of the Seminole County Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of the Winter Park YMCA and is a member of the Florida Land Title Association. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and a summa cum laude graduate of Georgetown University.
