Nicole (“Nikki”) Carolan recently received the highest rating available to attorneys by the nationally recognized Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. The AV Preeminent rating is a result of extensive and confidential reviews conducted among legal professionals in Central Florida. According to Martindale-Hubbell, the rating signifies the highest standard of legal ability and is a confirmation of an individual’s status as a highly respected, ethical member of the Bar.
Nikki has practiced law for over 10 years primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, land use and development, government, and commercial real estate litigation. She regularly represents land owners and developers and is responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions and land developments, which typically involve complex zoning, permitting, and other land use and entitlement related issues, primarily in Central Florida. Nikki also manages complex commercial real estate litigation cases for institutional clients. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida and magna cum laude from the University of Florida School of Law. In law school, she received the Order of the Coif by graduating in the top 10 % of her class. Nikki currently serves on the Board of Directors for CREW Orlando.
